Her cloak works really well in directimg the eye in a curve, and I think the scythe also works hand in hand with the cape because they both have the same curve. While looking at the cloak, I noticed that she appears to be missing her left arm. I'm just going to assume that it is hidden behind the part of the cape that twists around. If that is so, I think most of the folds wouldn't be there since the arm supports it.
I think you could improve on the knees, so you can pravtice by looking up anatomy studies, especially for the bone structure.
